What is the procedure to solve this problem :
1.Download Galaxy J7 2016 Latest Firmaware.zip
2.Extract ZIP File & You Will Get 4 Differnt Compressed Files.
3.Now Download ODIN Pro.exe
4.Press Home Button + Volume Down + Power Button On Galaxy J7 2016 & Goto OS Mode..
5.Connect Mobile With Computer Using USB.
6.In Computer, Open ODIN Pro.exe Then Select All Files As Shown In The Figure.


7.Click Start & Wait For Some Minutes to Complete the Operation.
8.Thats All.. Now Restart The Mobile.

If its Not Works.. Don't Worry.  Just Choose Another Firmware Version..

For Other Mobiles :
You Can Use This Method On Other Mobile By Changing The Firmare Of That Mobile Version.
